OSCAM Ship Downloads

OSCAM Ship is only available to authorized users that have taken OSCAM Ship training. OSCAM Ship is only for use by US government employees and sponsored contractors working on US government programs.

The current version of OSCAM Ship is v9.0. Key features include the ability to load input data directly from Excel, additional output views for the Uncertainty Tool, and search options for finding inputs and outputs. Version 9.0 provides results in the CAPE 2020 structure and generates results in Constant Price, Then Year, and Constant Year.

To download the most recent version of OSCAM Ship, please contact the to receive the model. You will require a username and password. You will also need a password for the zip file. These are all provided upon completion of the OSCAM Ship training course.
